Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all ready-made wax melts within 1-5 business days of your purchase. 

CUSTOM DESIGNED ORDERS

For Custom Designed Orders, we may take anywhere between 7-10 days, depending on how large your order is. This does not include shipping times. Please be mindful of this when you purchase a Custom Designed, as this is a bespoke, made-to-order service.

This means, when you order a Custom Designed piece, we will collect your order information and begin working on your personal design from scratch. 

If you have ordered both a Custom Designed and a readily available wax melt, we will process these orders at the same time- which means the turnover time will default to 7-10 business days, not including shipping times.
